2022 Boise Twice Baked Potato

Everyone loves an Idaho potato. They’ve been mashed. Even a little smashed. Some landed on the couch and even became French. Fried and cut crinkly, sweet, wedged or steak, how do you improve a potato that’s baked? We cooked it again. Even a Hot Potato chills out when it’s twice baked. Not recommended for Puttator Tots, but for those who don’t overcook it, a perfectly toasted spud full of seasoned goodness can be twice as nice.
